DELTA DELTA DELTA NAMES BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO THE CENTER FOR LIVING, LEARNING & LEADING
August 1, 2007 – Arlington, Texas – The Board of Directors has been selected for Tri Delta’s new 501(c)(3), a fund-raising and education-centered Foundation called The Center for Living, Learning & Leading. The Center’s mission is to raise funds for Tri Delta housing and to develop and implement educational and leadership initiatives.
Beginning their terms of service on The Center’s Board are Mari Ann Callais, Kristi Anderson Horner, Denison, Jeanne Maguire Reese, Emory, Amy Spikes and Linda Walker, Baker. Jeanne Reese will serve as President and Linda Walker as Vice President for The Center Board. Kristi Horner also serves as a member of the Executive Board for the Fraternity. The Center, while it has been in operation for over a year, will be officially announced to the membership in September.
“The Center gives us the ability to further Tri Delta’s promise to assist members in every possible way,” says The Center’s Senior Director of Operations, Susan Woda, Maryland, “and this group of outstanding women will no doubt do great things in support of our continued endeavors to provide safe and secure housing as well as innovative educational and leadership initiatives to our members.”
