September 8, 2005 Arlington, Texas As of August 1, 2005, the National House Corporation Board of Directors expanded the Board to include two new members. Joining President Michelle Popp Shimberg, Florida, Treasurer LuAnn Riegl, Villanova and Directors Linda Wolf McLinden, Pittsburgh, Kristi Anderson Horner, Denison, and Jackye Brown Clark, Texas-Arlington, are Jo Yates Baughman, Michigan, and Christi Crowder Flynn, Washington.
A native of Bainbridge Island, Washington, Christi Flynn held a variety of collegiate offices. After her graduation, she began a career of corporate event production. She joined the Theta Alpha House Corporation (TAHC) Board in 1999, and one year later became President. She served in this role for four years and currently serves as Vice President. Co-chair of the TAHC capital campaign, Christi managed the renovation of the 21,000 square foot, 80-year-old chapter house.
Jo Baughman has a long history of Fraternity service, first as an officer in her collegiate chapter as she earned her marketing degree. She served as Associate Director from 1988 1992 and as Finance Director from 1992 1996. Following this role, Jo served on both the Sarah Ida Shaw Award selection committee and currently remains on the Ernestine Block Grigsby Alumna of Distinction Award committee. She is also the immediate past chairman of the National Housing Endowment Fund Grants Committee.

Their history of outstanding service to the Fraternity and expertise in housing will certainly help elevate the National House Corporation to a premier leader in the world of Fraternity housing as we work to assist our members in every possible way.
The NHC Board of Directors works together to support the mission, programs and vision of Delta Delta Delta. The group sets the strategic direction for the organization and ensures adequate resources so the mission may be fulfilled. Exercising fiduciary responsibility, the Board approves property transfers to and divestitures from the organization and approves properties to be considered for or removed from property management services.
The purpose of the Corporation is to hold title to property and property proceeds, to collect income from such property, and to offer financial and managerial assistance for the benefit of properties associated with the Delta Delta Delta Fraternity, which Fraternity functions through Delta Delta Delta, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation.
