This former editor-at-large of Working Woman magazine travels the country sharing the secrets to a full and satisfying professional life…after retirement. She and her husband, Rick Miners, she co-authored the book that a former Texas governor calls the book “the reference bible for 76 million baby boomers.”

Jeri is the creator of the concept of retirement™, or as she defines it, the “new way to do retirement” which focuses on finding new purpose, new passions and new work possibilities in the future that promote healthy and productive outcomes. Jeri serves as President of Sedlar and Miners, a 10-year-old executive search and transition coaching firm based in New York City.
In addition to being the president of her own company, a celebrated author and nationally acclaimed speaker, she has been featured on the “NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw,” “Weekend Today” and in The Wall Street Journal.
