This directory is designed to give members a complete and up-to-date reference of all Delta Delta Delta alumnae. Harris Publishing Company, Inc., a trusted partner of Delta Delta Delta and a leader in their industry, has been chosen to produce the directory.
Right now Harris Publishing is sending postcards asking alumnae to call a toll-free number to verify their directory information. Harris Publishing will continue to send postcards and attempt to verify directory information until they hear from each individual alumna member. If you try to call the toll free number and it is busy, please try again. If you are unable to get through, Harris representatives will send additional postcards about every three weeks as a reminder.
Please be aware that at the end of the phone call, Harris representatives will ask you if you would like to reserve a copy of the directory for personal use. The directory will be available in both a Hardbound edition for $79.99 and a Softbound edition for $69.99, as well as a CD Rom version for $79.99. Combination packages are available as well for $99.99 Hardbound and CD Rom or $89.99 Softbound and CD Rom. Shipping, handling, and appropriate sales tax (in applicable states) will be added. Your directory will be shipped and is scheduled to reach you by late May-06.
Starting in November, Harris Publishing will begin phoning alumna members who have not responded to previous postcards. Tri Delta has authorized this telemarketing campaign in an effort to assure optimal participation in the directory project.
