Welcome to the 2009 Tri Delta Regional Leadership Conference
The 2009 Regional Leadership Conference is called PROJECT RITUAL where members will have the opportunity to realize just how important it is to “model” the Ritual and the Purpose of Tri Delta in all aspects of not only their membership but in their offices as well. This is your opportunity as a Project Ritual participant to interact with other members, enhance your own leadership skills, interact with volunteers, reminisce about why you became a member of Tri Delta and challenge yourself on ways you can constantly improve your chapter.
Mission of Regional Leadership Conference

To assist our members in every way by empowering them to make positive change in their chapter and encourage their members to be the best members possible

To assume the highest responsibilities as leaders in our chapters and to set an example to the rest of our organization by our actions, thoughts, words, and presence

To broaden the moral life by assisting members in the knowledge to know right from risk and implement the values of Tri Delta in everything their chapter does

To establish a perpetual bond of friendship by respecting the needs of our members, the Purpose of our Fraternity, the ideals of our founders and the goals of the chapter

To develop a stronger character by attending RLC with an open mind and taking back new ideas to encourage and hold accountable each of our members to be the best they can be as a collegian and prepare them for their integral role as an alumnae
